秦琦冰 (Qibing Qin)
个人简介:
潍坊学院计算机工程学院院长助理、副教授、硕士生导师、山东省高等学校青创团队带头人、潍坊市数据智能与先进计算重点实验室主任、校“杰青”计划支持人选、中国海洋大学访问学者、曲阜师范大学/齐鲁工业大学硕士生导师。博士毕业于中国海洋大学计算机应用技术专业,导师为魏志强教授和钱沄涛教授。主要从事计算机视觉、多媒体内容分析与检索以及深度学习等领域的研究,包括基于深度哈希学习的大规模图像检索、跨模态检索以及深度度量学习等。以第一作者或者通讯作者在ICLR、ICML、CVPR、AAAI、ACM MM等CCF-A类学术会议以及IEEE TKDE、IEEE TMM、IEEE TCSVT、ACM TOMM等国际高水平期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,入选ESI高被引论文2篇,CVRP2026 Highlight论文1篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、山东省自然科学基金面上项目/青年基金、校“杰青”专项计划等项目,参与多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金。2024年9月获得潍坊市科学技术青年奖。
招生信息:
实验室目前有4名专职教师,10余名研究生以及若干本科生科研助理,依托于潍坊学院、曲阜师范大学和齐鲁工业大学每年可招生3-4名硕士研究生,实验室和谐融洽,整体学术氛围浓厚,通过三年培养,同学均能在CCF-A类会议、IEEE/ACM会刊、SCI一区Top期刊发表学术论文2~4篇,且综合能力显著提升,可继续深造读博或就职于知名企事业单位。
